The student portal
Students sign in at app.qurtuba.in with their admission number. Their menu shows only the features their institution runs:

| Attendance | Their attendance record |
| Library | Books on loan, due dates, history, and the catalogue |
| Fest | Their festival entries and results |
| Wallet, Store | Their balance, transactions, and the store |
Students can update parts of their own profile. A student sees only their own records, and the database enforces this, not just the menu.
