Library module
A library is a platform entity, not part of any one institution. One library, such as the Al-Gazali Library, can lend to many institutions: those listed in its member institutions. Its staff sign in at app.qurtuba.in and work in the librarian portal (/librarian).

Setting up a library super admin
- In Super Admin → Libraries, create the library and choose its member institutions.
- Add librarian managers: a username and password (at least 8 characters) for each. They sign in at app.qurtuba.in.
- Optionally set the website slug and subdomain, e.g.
algazali→algazali.qurtuba.in.
Staff of a member institution can also be granted a library role, so a teacher can run the library under their existing login.
How institutions see the library
Inside an institution, Library (/dashboard/library) shows that institution's view of the shared catalogue. Students see their loans and can search the catalogue from Library in the student portal.
