Fest module

The fest module runs arts and sports festivals from registration to published results: inter-house fests inside one institution, and inter-institution fests shared by many. It is its own application, Campus Fest, at fest.qurtuba.in. It works on the same database as the rest of the platform, so candidates are your real students and judges are your real teachers.

Four ways in

WhoSigns in atLands onSees
Administrator: super admin, or a platform user granted the fest pagefest.qurtuba.in/login/super-adminEvery festival; creates fests and issues organiser logins
Organiser: a fest manager with a staff rolefest.qurtuba.in/login/adminThe organiser console for their fest
Judgefest.qurtuba.in/login/judgeOnly the programmes they are assigned; scores them
Team captainfest.qurtuba.in/login/teamOnly their own team: entries, squad, schedule, results

One login form serves all four. Which panel opens is decided by the credential, never by a choice the user makes first. See Access, roles and logins.

A scope switcher at the top picks the festival and sub-fest you're working in. Pages marked sub-fest in the console work on the chosen sub-fest.

Inside the institution dashboard

Institutions reach their festivals from Arts Fest in the dashboard, and students see their entries and results under Fest in the student portal.
