A typical cycle
- Manage. Create the exam with its max marks and marks-entry deadline.
- Timetable. Publish the schedule.
- Enter Marks. Teachers enter marks for their subjects. An Assigned scope limits them to their own classes and subjects. The Marks Tracker shows what's missing.
- Results. Review, then print grade cards.
- Analytics. Share the reports.
Importing marks
Import Exam Marks (/dashboard/import-exam-marks) takes a spreadsheet laid out like the demo file: Student Name, Adm No, then per-subject columns (for example English FA, English SA, English Total), then Grand Total and Percentage.
Automatic achievements
When results are in, the platform can award achievements automatically: exam rank, subject topper and percentage bands. They are credited to students' points. See Achievements.
Question papers
Document Generator holds the Question Paper Builder, which assembles a paper from the question bank, and Upload PDF Template for your institution's own paper layout.
