Programmes

Programmes → Catalogue holds the programme definitions you reuse across festivals. Programmes → Programmes holds the programmes running in this sub-fest. Each programme sets:

• Type: individual, duo, or group, and for groups how many entries each team may field;
• its category (or categories) and collections;
• how it's judged, and whether it awards position points, grade points, or both;
• a candidate point percentage and a team point percentage, applied independently. Set the candidate side to 0% and a win still earns the team its points without counting towards the individual championship, which is how fun events stay out of it;
• whether it requires a topic, and whether topic registration is open.

The programme workbench (/admin/programmes/:id) puts one programme's entries, judge assignment, score grid and result generation on one screen.

Registrations

Programmes → Registrations shows every entry. Team captains enter their own candidates from the team panel, and organisers can enter anyone. Group entries are named automatically: "Member A & Member B" for a duo, "Member A & Team" for three or more.

Substitutions and topics have their own request-and-review flow. A rejected topic returns the slot to the team.

24-hour lock

Entries, group registrations, withdrawals and substitutions lock 24 hours before the programme's scheduled time. After that only an organiser can change them.

Rules & regulations

Programmes → Rules & regulations limits participation. A rule is who it applies to × what it counts × a minimum and maximum. A maximum of 0 means unlimited.

A rule can target candidates or teams, and can be scoped to every programme, a category, a collection, or a named list. Mandatory rules block an entry, while others warn. Every entry is checked against the rules on the server, and a refusal names the rule that refused it.

One criteria set can be the default, and programmes inherit it unless they choose another.
