Signing in

Everyone signs in at app.qurtuba.in/login: students, teachers, administrators, librarians and store managers. Fest organisers, judges and team captains sign in on the fest platform instead. See Fest access.

The platform works out who you are from the ID. You never pick a portal first.

After signing in

You land on the home page for your role: the institution dashboard, the library, or the store. If you hold postings in more than one place (say, a teacher who is also a librarian), switch between them from the scope switcher. Everything you see and can do follows the scope you've chosen.

Passwords

• First sign-in. A password handed to you by an administrator, often derived from a phone number, must be replaced the first time you use it.
• Forgotten password. There is no self-service reset. Ask the administrator of your institution, library or store to issue a new password. You'll be asked to replace it on first use.
• Changing your password. Use your profile page. A change signs you out everywhere else.

Older links

Old addresses keep working. /auth, /staff/… and the old per-portal login pages redirect to the right place, and once dashboards move to app.qurtuba.in, signing in on qurtuba.in sends you there with the same path.
